Fillers are usually pieces of wood in the same matching material and colour of your wardrobe at around 4 cm in width/height that are used to shape your walls/ceiling.
When walls are plastered will not always be square, if you install a door level with the walls, you may see gaps. Adding fillers all around this lets us shape the wood to shape your walls then the wardrobe is level and square.
Unfortunately this is not something we offer as they are made for the original room/space moving them or create issues and affect the quality of them and this is not something we would want to comprise.

Our showroom is the best place to provide consultation as we have all the samples and layouts on show. In customer’s houses, we are limited on what we can bring and the feedback we have received is customers are glad they have come to the showroom for the best experience and feel for the products and company. On exception we can come to your house or have a video call, please contact us to discuss if required.
Every wardrobe is different in size, but the average size wardrobe will normally take a day, but we will advise you how long we expect to take when booking you for your installation date
As most of our wardrobes have a ‘floor’ built in them putting the carpet down is not essential, we would prefer to install the robes directly on the solid floor rather than spongy carpets. This helps to level them a lot easier and then easier for the customer to change the carpet in future.
We can still install directly onto carpets if required.
If the wardrobe is from one wall to another wall, you measure it from wall to wall and ceiling to floor (not skirting to skirting. If it is only going a certain length across the wall then measure to where you would like the wardrobe to stop.
If it’s an angle wall, measure the space wall to wall, then the height at the highest point that’s level and then the height before it angles. We also need the width of the angle. Don’t measure across the angle wall; try to measure the length of this.
If you decide to order we will always come out and check the sizes, or if you need any help with measuring just give us a ring.
Yes, as this is a made-to-order wardrobe it is built piece by piece in your room, a lot of the pieces will be big and awkward and we need as much space as possible to enable us to move this around when fitting, there can also be dust so we want to keep things as clean as possible, if you can’t take the bed out, for example, we do ask if it can be pushed to one side in tight spaces.
