Pricing/fees & Payments

Is fitting included in the price?

Yes, fitting is included in the price to ensure your wardrobe is installed to our very
specific high standards.

How much is my wardrobe going to cost?

Determining the exact cost beforehand can be challenging due to the varying
choices and sizes involved. For a rough estimate, feel free to give us a call, and we
can provide an approximate figure. However, we always recommend a consultation
to offer the most accurate pricing and to give you an opportunity to explore our
range.

Is hinged or sliding cheaper?

When comparing sliding wardrobes to hinged ones, the cost isn't necessarily a
deciding factor. Sliding wardrobes can be designed with fewer materials to reduce
costs, but they also offer a wider variety of door options, which can increase the
price. Ultimately, the choice between hinged and sliding wardrobes should be based
on personal preference rather than price.

I want to know what my wardrobe would cost before I come to the showroom?

Please give us a ring with some sizes and details of what you are looking for and we
will provide a rough price.

What are you payment terms when I order?

When you order we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your order and the remaining
50% to be paid upon completion of the installation, we don’t offer any credit facility
and payment is required upon completion

Do you offer any finance?

We do not presently have a finance facility to offer.

What payment options do you take?

We accept debit, credit, cheques, cash and bank transfers. Our preferred payment option is via bank transfer as this method has lower banking
fees and improves our ability to remain competitive.

Doors

Do you make sliding doors for wardrobes?

Yes, we specialise in sliding doors, which are available in various styles and finishes.

Can you do sliding doors only?

Yes, we can do doors only, the same amount of colours and style is available as if
you were doing a full wardrobe.

Wardrobes

Can wardrobes be customised to fit unique spaces like angled ceilings?

Yes, our wardrobes can be tailored to fit any space and size, including angled
ceilings and awkward corners.

Are there specific colors or finishes available for wardrobes?

We offer a wide range of colours, finishes, and materials to suit any style.

Can I see samples before choosing my wardrobe design?

Yes, we have samples available to help you choose the perfect finish and material.

Are there options for wardrobe accessories and interior lighting?

Yes, we offer customisable interior options, including shelves, drawers, and lighting.

Can you make free standing wardrobes?

Yes, we can make any of our wardrobes free standing wardrobes, this is not always
the most cost effective way though as we are still making each wardrobe to order,
however you retain our high quality standards.

Do your wardrobe come with backs?

For our hinged door wardrobes, we typically include backs as a standard feature.
However, for sliding door wardrobes, the decision is left to the customer. While the
back panel is not structurally necessary for sliding wardrobes, it does enhance the
overall aesthetic. Since adding a back panel incurs an additional cost, we prefer to
give customers the option to decide whether they want to include it.

What does fillers on my wardrobe mean?

Fillers are usually pieces of wood in the same matching material and colour of your
wardrobe at around 4 cm in width/height that are used to trim the shape of your
walls/ceiling to the squareness of the wardrobe.
When walls are plastered they may not always be perfectly square, for example, if
you install a door level with the walls, you may create gapping. Adding fillers all
around this lets us shape the wood to shape your walls then the wardrobe is level
and doors will run square.

Can you move my Fusion Robes wardrobe to another house?

Unfortunately this is not something we offer as they were made for the original
room/space. Moving them can create many issues and affect the quality or longevity
and something we would not want to compromise.

Sliding Wardrobes

Why are your sliding door tracks not fitted on the ground?

Generally floors can unlevel, some worse than others, by installing a base/floor
beforehand this give us an opportunity to level up the floor with the wood to enable
the doors to run level and smooth.

Do you do replacement parts for broken doors or wheels?

Unfortunately no, our sliding doors are unique to our product and the wheels and
parts we use are not universal, however we can supply full new doors and tracks to
replace other doors that have failed.

What can I expect from a showroom consultation?

Do you do home consultations?

Our showroom is the best place to provide consultation as we have all the samples
and layouts on show. In customer’s houses, we are limited on what we can bring and
the feedback we have received is customers are glad they have come to the
showroom for the best experience and feel for the products and company. On
exception we can come to your house or have a video call, please contact us to
discuss if required.

Installation

How long does installation typically take?

Every wardrobe is different in size, but the average size wardrobe will normally take
a day, but we will advise you how long we expect to take when booking you for your
installation date

Do I need to have my carpet down first?

As most of our wardrobes have a ‘floor’ built in them putting the carpet down is not
essential, we would prefer to install the robes directly on the solid floor rather than
spongy carpets. This helps to level them a lot easier and then easier for the
customer to change the carpet in future.

Measurements

Are the wardrobes made to fit the space?

Yes, all the wardrobes are made to order. We don’t offer standard sizes and then fill
the gaps with ‘big’ fillers like other competitors.

What are your standard wardrobe sizes?

We don’t have any standard sizes, but depending on the width of the space we may
recommend a certain number of doors that would suit the space correctly.

How do I measure spaces for wardrobes?

If it’s an angled wall where the angle is either left or right, firstly measure the overall
space wall to wall, then the height of the wall under the slope upto where the angle
starts. Also measure the height of the ceiling at the tallest point and finally the length
of the ceiling that is flat and not sloping.

If you decide to order we will always come out and check the sizes, or if you need
any help with measuring just give us a ring.

Does my sizes have to be accurate?

If you decide to order we will come and check the sizes prior to production so the
more accurate you can be the better but being exact isn't essential at this point.

General

Can I buy my wardrobe only and get someone to fit it myself?

As our products are not DIY/flat pack wardrobes, they require a great level of skill
and detail to ensure proper installation so we do recommend self-installation.

What do I have to clear in my room before fitting?

As this is a made-to-order wardrobe it is built piece by piece in your room, some
pieces will be big and awkward and we will need as much space as possible to
enable us to move these around when fitting. We do need to have as much space
cleared as possible but if you can’t take the bed out, for example, we do ask if it can
be pushed to one side so that we can work around it. There will also be some dust
created during the installation so by removing extra items will keep them as clean as
possible.

Do you have a warranty?

We offer warranty on all our products, for more details on each individual type and
length of warranty please ask us during consultation

What if I have an issue with my wardrobe?

While we strive for excellence in our fitting, small errors can occur, please contact us
straight away and we will try to sort this in a timely efficient manner.

Customisation

Can wardrobes be customised to fit unique spaces like angled ceilings?

Yes, our wardrobes can be tailored to fit any space and size, including angled
ceilings and awkward corners.

Do you have a good selection to choose from?

We believe we have the largest selection of colours to choose from in Northern
Ireland in regards to made to order wardrobes.

100 of different colours of wood, tinted mirrors, over 40 different colour of glass in
matt and shiny, lots of handle choices and so much more!
