The service provided by Shelley, Marcus and fitter Taylor has been exceptional from start to finish. Shelley is an expert in her field and can both identify and meet every need as well as making appropriate suggestions to enhance the design.
Unfortunately I had made a significant mistake in my request which required further adjustments to the design – Marcus and Shelley took my mistake in their stride and were more than happy to re-measure and redesign. Communication was excellent and the robes were fitted before the expected time. Taylor was an absolute star. His workmanship was such an exceptional standard for such a young man. He cleaned as he went along and even removed the old carpet for us!
There was some concern about the finish on one side as one walls had been damaged when we were removing the old slide robes.
Taylor and I had a discussion around this and explored options. We found a solution that would both enhance the look and also strengthen the wall…. We were able to use some MDF we already had and the finished looked as though it had been part of the design. This was all due to Taylor’s ingenuity and desire to deliver his usual high standard.I also had a very old and decrepit hot press – again Taylor worked his magic although this space was not as I envisaged. To be honest it was an incredibly challenging space to fill so was never going to be as perfect as the fitted robes.
I was able to channel Taylor’s creativity and ingenuity and made some further adjustments myself that sorted out the exposed areas. I am absolutely delighted with the fitted robes and my new landing cupboard – I even go in to open the doors without needing to…. Just to admire them!

After complete disappointment at Starplan and Sliderobes, we decided to try our luck with Fusion Robes and made an appointment with Jenny. She could quickly read us and what kind of wardrobe we would like. Very professional, creative and easy to communicate. Also, their fitter Patrick was very polite, quiet and pedantic. Left our bedroom spotless clean after he put our wardrobe. 5* experience! Looking forward to give them more projects in the future ( when we save some more money 😆)

We wanted to get a fitted wardrobe for our spare bedroom. I had passed Fusion Robes on my way in to work and I thought I would give them a call. An appointment was made for a few days later with Shelley. Fusion Robes were very easy to work with and their shop is full of examples of different wardrobes and options with a wide array of colours. I always try my best to support local businesses were possible and on this occasion I am glad I did. I would really recommend Fusion Robes to anyone. Very professional and they know what they are talking about

From our first appointment with Jenny in the showroom to having the robes fitted this experience was seamless. Jenny was amazing , so knowledgeable & with great idea’s & solutions- she almost read our minds!
Patrick who came to install the robes was quiet, super efficient & neat as a pin , even hoovered up before he left – he’s a real asset to the company .
The robes are exactly what we wanted & the quality & craftsmanship are excellent- we couldn’t have asked for more.

We’ve had x3 5-star experiences with fusion robes since our first in 2021, which was a TV unit and shelving fitted into an alcove in our living room. Soon after we got a sliding robe wardrobe and drawers, along with some matching bedside pedestals. We loved the last wardrobe so much that we got our guest bedroom fitted with a new sliding wardrobe and drawers last week. The fitting has been excellent every time from Patrick, very clean, and professional, no marks on the walls and everything fitted with accuracy. We would highly rate Fusion Robes.

What a superb experience and end product we received from Fusion Robes in relation to our fitted dressing room. From the first casual enquiry through to the final installation the service was first class across the team. Jenny in the Design team was our main point of contact and we sat down with her twice to work out the design and layout and we made various tweaks and changes based on her extensive experience. The team on site for installation for 3 days was led by Taylor and was a pleasure to deal with, and the few final snags post-installation were quickly closed out by Marcus on site. The overall end-to-end experience was superb and we are delighted with the finished high-end bespoke product and would highly recommend Fusion Robes. Thank you once again
