We designed and fitted a bespoke glass door fitted wardrobe to house our clients Lego collection and also transformed an office into a Walk-in Wardrobe and added a Sliding Wardrobe system to a bedroom to meet the clients storage needs. This customer recently moved from Canada to Northern Ireland. He is an avid collector of Lego and has a keen interest in building Lego sets. The client is also an animal lover who has several pet birds. 

Challenge

The challenge was to design and manufacture a bespoke glass door-fitted wardrobe based on our client’s vision. A fitted wardrobe display with glass doors would ensure that his Lego collection was safe from his pet birds. The client also required a additional storage and wardrobe system for his own clothing and accessories. 

Solution

We worked closely with him to understand his requirements and designed a custom glass door-fitted wardrobe that met all his needs.

We used a solid ash wood wall system with clear doors and a matte glass profile with handles to create a sleek and modern look. The clear glass doors allowed the client to enjoy his collection of Lego while ensuring that his pet birds couldn’t access it.

We also recommended the former office which was of no use to the client, be used as spacious Walk-in Wardrobe. Providing more organised space in the home to store clothing and accessories. The wardrobe was designed using our best-selling Cashmere Grey,  stylish and complements the existing decor of his new house.

In addition to the bespoke glass door fitted wardrobe and walk-in wardrobe, the client also required more storage in one of the bedrooms. Fusion Robes Belfast was able to provide a solution by installing Sliding Wardrobes. We also added acoustic wall panels to the hallways to create a unique space for guests to hang their coats. 

With over 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing sliding wardrobes, Fusion Robes Belfast was able to deliver a solution that maximized the storage space in the room. The client was pleased with the result and appreciated the expertise that Fusion Robes Belfast brought to the project.

Results

The customer was extremely pleased with the glass door fitted wardrobe and the bespoke walk-in wardrobe that we designed and installed for him. This case study explores the transformation of a traditional bedroom into a haven of luxury through the installation of a uniquely designed wardrobe. The centerpiece of this transformation is a wardrobe with a middle outset door and a deep cornice, seamlessly integrated into a traditional interior. This design feature not only adds storage space but also serves as a striking visual element.

Design Concept: The primary goal was to introduce a distinctive design feature that would set the bedroom apart. The design concept was to install a wardrobe with a middle outset door and a deep cornice. This choice was made to harmonize with the existing traditional elements in the bedroom, such as rich wooden furniture, warm color palette, and vintage accents.

Implementation:

  1. Wardrobe Selection: After extensive research, the interior designer proposed a custom-built wardrobe with a middle outset door. The deep cornice was added to create a sense of grandeur and elevate the visual impact of the wardrobe. The wardrobe was designed to complement the room’s existing color scheme and decor.

  2. Material and Finish: To achieve a sense of luxury, the wardrobe was constructed using high-quality wood with a rich, dark finish. The deep cornice was adorned with intricate moldings and decorative elements to enhance its traditional appeal.

  3. Placement: Careful consideration was given to the placement of the wardrobe. It was positioned as a focal point in the room, directly opposite the bed, to draw attention and create a sense of balance.

  4. Interior Organization: The interior of the wardrobe was designed for practicality and organization. It featured ample shelving, hanging space, and drawers to accommodate the clients’ clothing and accessories.

  5. Lighting: To accentuate the wardrobe’s unique design and add a touch of drama, discreet LED strip lighting was installed along the edges of the cornice. This provided soft, ambient lighting and created a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Fusion Robes Belfast, a bespoke furniture company, was recently hired to design and install a sliding wardrobe for a client in Carryduff, located just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland. The clients wanted a sliding wardrobe that was spacious and functional, with a modern design that would complement the overall aesthetic of their home. They were particularly interested in Fusion Robes’ best-selling Indigo Blue finish

Solution

The design team at Fusion Robes Belfast created a stunning sliding wardrobe that met all the clients’ requirements. The wardrobe was designed in the best-selling Indigo Blue finish, with Toffee Mate Glass and Graphite tint mirrors. The Graphite handles added a touch of elegance to the overall design.

To meet the clients’ request for sensor lighting, Fusion Robes installed a motion sensor that automatically turns on the LED lights when someone approaches the wardrobe. This feature not only adds to the modern design of the wardrobe, but it also provides convenience for the clients when getting dress. 

Additionally, the client’s bedroom had a sloping ceiling, which made it challenging to design and install the sliding wardrobe. However, Fusion Robes Belfast was able to successfully create a bespoke solution that perfectly fit the awkward space and met all the clients’ requirements.

Outcome

The final outcome of the project was a beautiful and functional sliding wardrobe that exceeded the clients’ expectations. The Indigo Blue finish of the wardrobe, combined with the Toffee Mate Glass and Graphite tint mirrors, created a sleek and modern look that complemented the clients’ home.

The Graphite handles added a touch of elegance and made the wardrobe easy to open and close. The addition of sensor lighting made the wardrobe even more functional and convenient for the clients.

We were approached by a customer in Lisburn who was in need of bespoke fitted wardrobes in their bedroom. The customer requested a wardrobe that would not only provide ample storage but also add a touch of color to their room.

Challenge

The ceilings in the customers bedroom were very high and we had to design the wardrobe to look luxury and rich. 

Solution

We designed a 3 section wide fitted wardrobe with paneled doors and mirror doors. We choose an Indigo Blue that would complement the bedroom’s decor and make the room look and feel very rich. The wardrobe needed to be tall enough to fit the room’s high ceilings while still providing sufficient storage space. We added cornices at the top for a decorative feature, which added an elegant touch to the wardrobe’s design and made it look rich and luxurious. Finished with gold handles this wardrobe is a very eyecatching design. The internal layout design was designed with the customer to get the best storage for their belongings. We also added an electrical point inside the wardrobe.

Our customer in Lisburn was looking for new wardrobes for her bedroom, but was unsure of what style to go for. She decided to book a showroom appointment with our team to explore her options. While visiting our showroom, she fell in love with the fitted wardrobe we had on display and asked if she could have the exact same one fitted into her own bedroom.

Solution

The solution was simple. We took measurements of her room and designed the wardrobe to the required depth, height, and length she had available. This allowed for a two-sided double fitted hinged doors, a center bookcase for display, and two drawers in the center. The built-in wardrobe was finished in black with embossed gold handles, which complemented the rest of her bedroom’s décor.

Results

The final result was a stunning fitted wardrobe that not only provided ample storage but also added a touch of elegance to the room. Our customer was delighted with the final result and appreciated how easy the process was, from the initial showroom visit to the final installation.

Fusion Robes Belfast recently had the opportunity to work with a family who had an 8-year-old son. The family wanted to update their child’s bedroom from a childish look to a more modern design that would last him through his teenage years. The challenge was to design bespoke fitted bedroom furniture that was practical, functional, and would stand the test of time.

Challenge

To begin with, Fusion Robes Belfast consulted with the parents to better understand their requirements and vision for the room. After understanding their needs, the team designed a bespoke fitted hinged door wardrobe, bedside locker with drawers, a desk and chest of drawers. They also included plenty of toy storage space that was easily accessible for the child.

Solution

One of the most significant design features was the incorporation of a tall unit that would keep wall space eye level from the bed. This would enable the parents to add a TV to the room later on as the child grows up. The desk was also designed to be spacious, allowing the child to have a dedicated workspace for homework and other activities.

Results

The result was a modern, practical, and functional bedroom that perfectly suited the family’s needs. The child now has a room that he can enjoy as he grows up, with furniture that is designed to last him through his teenage years.
