This case study explores the transformation of a traditional bedroom into a haven of luxury through the installation of a uniquely designed wardrobe. The centerpiece of this transformation is a wardrobe with a middle outset door and a deep cornice, seamlessly integrated into a traditional interior. This design feature not only adds storage space but also serves as a striking visual element.

Design Concept: The primary goal was to introduce a distinctive design feature that would set the bedroom apart. The design concept was to install a wardrobe with a middle outset door and a deep cornice. This choice was made to harmonize with the existing traditional elements in the bedroom, such as rich wooden furniture, warm color palette, and vintage accents.

Implementation:

Wardrobe Selection: After extensive research, the interior designer proposed a custom-built wardrobe with a middle outset door. Fusion Robes Belfast, a bespoke furniture company, was recently hired to design and install a sliding wardrobe for a client in Carryduff, located just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland. The clients wanted a sliding wardrobe that was spacious and functional, with a modern design that would complement the overall aesthetic of their home. They were particularly interested in Fusion Robes’ best-selling Indigo Blue finish

Solution

The design team at Fusion Robes Belfast created a stunning sliding wardrobe that met all the clients’ requirements. The wardrobe was designed in the best-selling Indigo Blue finish, with Toffee Mate Glass and Graphite tint mirrors. The Graphite handles added a touch of elegance to the overall design.

To meet the clients’ request for sensor lighting, Fusion Robes installed a motion sensor that automatically turns on the LED lights when someone approaches the wardrobe. This feature not only adds to the modern design of the wardrobe, but it also provides convenience for the clients when getting dress.

Additionally, the client’s bedroom had a sloping ceiling, which made it challenging to design and install the sliding wardrobe. However, Fusion Robes Belfast was able to successfully create a bespoke solution that perfectly fit the awkward space and met all the clients’ requirements.

Fusion Robes Belfast, was recently hired to design and fit a walk-in wardrobe for a couple in Jordanstown Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. The clients wanted a her & her walk-in wardrobe with a modern design that would complement the overall aesthetic of their home. The wardrobe needed to have plenty of storage space, including hanging rails for clothes, jewelry drawers, and shoe storage. They also requested a bespoke wall mirror with a drawer for doing makeup and dying hair.

Solution

The design team at Fusion Robes Belfast came up with a stunning indigo blue walk-in wardrobe that met all the clients’ requirements. The wardrobe features push open overhead storage and push open drawers for easy access. The shoe storage is pull-out, which makes it easy to store and find shoes.

The wardrobe has one hinged mirror door for getting ready and checking outfits. The designers also incorporated LED lighting around the walk-in wardrobe carcass, which enhances the overall aesthetic of the wardrobe and makes it stand out.

To meet the client’s request for a bespoke wall mirror with a drawer, Fusion Robes designed a mirror with a drawer that can be used for doing makeup or dying hair. The mirror is also angled, which makes it easier to use.

Outcome

The final outcome of the project was a beautiful, functional, and modern walk-in wardrobe that met all the client’s requirements. The clients were extremely happy with the design and the quality of the workmanship. We were approached by a customer in Lisburn who was in need of bespoke fitted wardrobes in their bedroom. The customer requested a wardrobe that would not only provide ample storage but also add a touch of color to their room.

Challenge

The ceilings in the customers bedroom were very high and we had to design the wardrobe to look luxury and rich.

Solution

We designed a 3 section wide fitted wardrobe with paneled doors and mirror doors. We choose an Indigo Blue that would complement the bedroom’s decor and make the room look and feel very rich. The wardrobe needed to be tall enough to fit the room’s high ceilings while still providing sufficient storage space. We added cornices at the top for a decorative feature, which added an elegant touch to the wardrobe’s design and made it look rich and luxurious. Finished with gold handles this wardrobe is a very eyecatching design. The internal layout design was designed with the customer to get the best storage for their belongings. We also added an electrical point inside the wardrobe.

We were approached by a customer who had a sliding wardrobe that we fitted 10 years ago. They wanted to add replacement doors to update the look of their bedroom. Our team at Fusion Robes, sliding wardrobe experts and designers in Belfast, worked with the customer to choose the perfect replacement doors for their sliding wardrobe. The customer requested a brighter color that would add a fresh new look to their room. In this case study, we’ll discuss the project and how we worked with the customer to achieve their vision.

Challenge

The customer requested replacement doors for their sliding wardrobe in their main bedroom. They wanted a brighter color that would freshen up the room. Additionally, they requested a silver profile trim to complement the new color of the doors. The customer also had a smaller sliding wardrobe in another spare room that needed replacement doors. They wanted to add doors that would not block out any light and maintain the depth of the wardrobe hidden from view of the window.

Solution

After consulting with the customer, our team at Fusion Robes designed the perfect replacement doors for their sliding wardrobe. We crafted the doors with high-quality materials and finished them with an “Extra White” Gloss that brightened up the room. The silver profile trim added an elegant touch to the wardrobe’s design.

We also worked with the customer to add replacement doors to their smaller sliding wardrobe in the spare room. We suggested using doors with a step back storage shelve to maintain the depth of the wardrobe hidden from view of the window. The doors were designed to match the existing color scheme of the room and maintain the natural light flow.

Our customer in Lisburn was looking for new wardrobes for her bedroom, but was unsure of what style to go for. She decided to book a showroom appointment with our team to explore her options. While visiting our showroom, she fell in love with the fitted wardrobe we had on display and asked if she could have the exact same one fitted into her own bedroom.

Solution

The solution was simple. We took measurements of her room and designed the wardrobe to the required depth, height, and length she had available. This allowed for a two-sided double fitted hinged doors, a center bookcase for display, and two drawers in the center. The built-in wardrobe was finished in black with embossed gold handles, which complemented the rest of her bedroom’s décor.

Results

The final result was a stunning fitted wardrobe that not only provided ample storage but also added a touch of elegance to the room. Our customer was delighted with the final result and appreciated how easy the process was, from the initial showroom visit to the final installation.
